Ancon's Wall Ties & Restraint Fixings brochure has been updated to reflect changes in our product portfolio and in Industry Regulations. Masonry wall ties should now be selected from the Types in PD 6697: 2010. This is a new Published Document for use with the masonry Eurocode EC6, which contains information from the withdrawn British Standard BS 5628. Full information is given in our updated literature. A number of new products have been added to the brochure including the Staifix HRT4 275mm, which is a Housing Wall Tie for cavities up to 150mm and the Staifix-Thor Helical TIM6, a hammer-in timber frame wall tie. Information is also included on the use of TeploTie basalt-fibre wall ties in retrofit applications to improve the energy efficiency of existing housing stock.
