Ancon recognises that quality is the responsibility of everybody within the Company, and therefore, we set measurable objectives throughout the business to ensure employees are able to control and improve their performance in the tasks they fulfil.
The Senior Management of Ancon will regularly review key quality objectives and the performance of the company quality management system to ensure it continues to assist in meeting Ancon’s aims and objectives. Corrective action will be implemented to address any deviation from meeting the quality objectives with the goal of continuously improving performance and service to customers.
