Ancon ISO-TW Isolation Washer
The Ancon ISO-TW Isolation Washer allows frame cramps to be vertically adjusted to suit mortar joint levels.
The ISO-TW has been designed for use with Ancon stainless steel frame cramps referenced _ _ V (eg PPV) when fixing to mild steel frames. In addition to separating the dissimilar metals to avoid bi-metallic corrosion, this innovative washer enables the frame cramp to be vertically adjusted within the 30mm range of the slot in the upstand.
Fixing frame cramps for the full height of an elevation prior to the masonry offers many advantages. It can increase the rate of construction, maintain an accurate brickwork gauge and provide a visual check that fixings have been installed correctly.
