Ancon to exhibit at London Build
At London Build (27th–28th November, Olympia London), Ancon will showcase a range of products that are fully compliant with The Building (Amendment) Regulations 2018 – the Government’s ban on combustible materials in external walls, following a review of fire safety in high-rise residential buildings.
Ancon’s range of insulated balcony connectors will be on show on stand C28, to help building designers meet their thermal performance aspirations. This improved range features Class A1 non-combustible insulation, reinforcement and steelwork, making it fully compliant with The Building (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and therefore suitable for all high-rise residential buildings.
The Ancon stand will provide visitors with an excellent opportunity to talk one-to-one with our experienced technical and sales representatives, who are happy to help with specific project requirements.
London Build is the leading construction and design show for London and the UK. It is a free to attend, award-winning event with over 500 speakers, more than 350 exhibitors and 25,000 pre-registered attendees. Designed to be interactive and fun, London Build includes a festival entitled “The Festival of Construction”.
We are delighted to announce that we will be sponsoring a Bear for the 2021 ‘Bears of Sheffield’ sculpture trail, a unique participative public art event that will raise funds for a new, urgently needed, Cancer and Leukaemia ward at Sheffield Children’s Hospital.
Designed to minimise thermal bridging in masonry cavity walls, the patented Ancon Thermal Windpost (TWP2) from Leviat offers up to an impressive 70% reduction in thermal transmission through the span of the windpost.
