Leviat to exhibit ‘Virtual Booth’ at 2020 Tall Buildings Conference Online Event
Leviat, the new home of Ancon, HALFEN, Isedio and many more trusted product brands, will be exhibiting at the Tall Buildings Conference first online event, taking place on Wednesday 18th November 2020.
Tall Buildings Conference is an event intended to assist engineers in understanding the common challenges associated with transferring standard engineering principles and knowledge from low-rise structures to tall buildings.
This year in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the event has moved to a virtual format, where speakers and exhibitors will be facilitating learning and knowledge transfer as well as providing a platform for discussion and debate. As a global leader in connecting, fixing, lifting and anchoring technology for the construction industry, Leviat is excited to be a part of this well attended event, dedicated to highlighting design and building technology innovation.
At Leviat, we imagine, model and make engineered products and innovative construction solutions, and our products have played an important role in achieving the performance aspirations of tall buildings and structures around the globe. We design and manufacture essential steel components, such as our Ancon range, which provide strength and stability to buildings and structures around the world. Trusted for their integrity, reliability and compliance, Ancon steel fixings are precision-manufactured to perform in the most demanding concrete and masonry applications.
As part of this year’s event, Leviat will be hosting a ‘Virtual Exhibition Booth’ from 8:45am – 17:00pm. Our expert delegates; Luke Humphrey (Reinforcement Products), Dan Rock (Reinforcement Products), Mark Fields (Masonry) and Steven Hughes (Anchoring, Fixing and Precast) will be on-hand (virtually!) throughout the day, providing visitors the chance to talk one-to-one with our experienced representatives, offering technical advice and expertise on our vast product range, plus answering any questions you may have.

From January 1st 2021, the UK will recognise both the EU CE marking approvals, for a time limited period, and the new UK based approval system, which will be known as the UKCA mark. The EU will only recognise CE marking by EU notified bodies as proof of efficacy moving forwards. Leviat has been working closely with both EU notified and UK approved bodies to ensure compliance is achieved at the earliest possible opportunity and we can confirm that we have obtained all relevant certification.
