New EPDs Enhance Transparency Across the Ancon Wall Ties & Restraints Portfolio

We are pleased to announce the addition of 9 new Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) to support our Ancon product portfolio, giving specifiers, engineers, and contractors even greater clarity when selecting the right solutions for their projects.

These new EPDs span several key product groups, including:

  • Ancon Channel Restraint System
  • Ancon Head Restraints & Sliding Anchors
  • Ancon Channels
  • Ancon Pressed and Formed Wall Ties
  • Ancon Frame Cramps, Movement Ties & Stone Restraints
  • Ancon Cavity Wall Ties for New Build & Remedial
  • Ancon AMR Bed Joint Reinforcement
  • Ancon Wall Ties for Cellular Clay Blocks
  • Ancon Wall Starter Systems

All EPDs are available to download here, and have also been published on the international  Environdec database to support global transparency and specification needs.

Why EPDs Matter

Environmental Product Declarations have advanced significantly in recent years. What was once a voluntary sustainability ‘nicetohave’ is now becoming a core requirement in specification, procurement, and regulatory compliance across Europe.

By providing clear, verified, and comparable data on the environmental impact of our products, EPDs enable customers to make informed decisions and allow Leviat to focus our improvement efforts on the lifecycle stages with the greatest potential impact. This supports both our shortterm environmental objectives and our longterm sustainability ambitions.

“EPDs allow us to give customers the transparency they need while helping us identify where our design, manufacturing and sourcing decisions can have the greatest positive effect.”

— Jeff Edwards, Engineering Manager, Leviat
