Ancon Cold Forging Machine
Description
The Ancon Cold Forging Machine (ABPCF) is designed, built and supplied to prepare reinforcing bar ends before they are threaded for use with Ancon rebar couplers. This machine can process reinforcing bar in the range of 12mm – 50mm diameter, achieving pressure up to 700Bar.
The machine comes with a separate hydraulic power pack with hoses and motor supply cable connected. The hydraulic power pack is a 700Bar system.
The machine must not be used for any other purpose other than the processing of bar ends to facilitate threading and the use of the Ancon range of couplers.

Transportation, Lifting and Storage Requirements
Prior to delivery, this machine and its hydraulic power unit will be packed at Leviat in wooden, treated crates. Due to the weight of this machine, lifting points are positioned at the top of the machine frame, which are accessible even when packed. The machine should be positioned with the aid of an overhead crane, using sufficient lifting straps or chains, mounted off the lifting points. The hydraulic power unit can be positioned by either a fork lift truck, or overhead crane. The machine and hydraulic power unit should be used or stored in a dry environment under cover.

TS200 Thread Cutting Machine
Description
The Ancon TS200 Thread Cutting Machine is designed to produce cut threads for use with the Bartec, BT and CXL coupler ranges on steel reinforcing bar.
All machines are designed, built and supplied for the safe and secure threading of the ends of steel reinforcing bar in the range of 12mm to 50mm diameter.
The machine must not be used for any other purpose other than threading of the bar ends to facilitate the fixing of Ancon Bartec, BT and CXL couplers.

Thread Rolling Machine (CTR)
Description
The Ancon CTR Thread Rolling Machine is designed to produce rolled threads for use with the Bartec Plus coupler range on steel reinforcing bar.
All machines are designed, built and supplied for the safe and secure threading of the ends of steel reinforcing bar in the range of 12mm to 50mm diameter.
The machine must not be used for any other purpose other than threading of bar ends to facilitate the fixing of Ancon Bartec Plus couplers.

- Each machine is supplied fully guarded with interlocked guards.
- The machine offers chamfer, pre-turn and thread rolling.
- It is semi-automatic, and has all of the thread lengths / pitches pre-programmed in the controls. The machine is PLC / HMI controlled.
- It comes supplied with various thread rolling heads depending on the customer requirements.
- All consumables supplied by Leviat (at a cost).
- Full operator training is supplied.
- Full machine on site commissioning is supplied.
- The guard is removable for transport.
- All movements of the machine are carried out by motor driven ball screws, and linear bearing tracks.

Description
The Ancon MK4 Proof Loading machine is designed for the production of cut or rolled threads required for Ancon coupler systems used on steel reinforcing bars.
