Ancon to exhibit at Ecobuild and the UK Concrete Show in 2015
Ancon is proud to announce that it will once again be exhibiting at Ecobuild and the UK Concrete Show in early 2015.
Ancon will be exhibiting its latest products for structural concrete at the UK Concrete Show on 25-26 February 2015 at the NEC Birmingham. For more information on how to visit the show click here.
At the UK Concrete Show 2014, Ancon launched its new CARES-approved Bartec Plus Parallel Threaded Coupler System suitable for fatigue applications, including major road and rail infrastructure projects. The stand also featured the KSN Anchor Reinforcement Continuity System for slab-to-wall concrete joints which won ‘Best Product in Show’ when launched at the 2013 Concrete Show.
To showcase our latest low energy and sustainable construction solutions we will also be exhibiting at Ecobuild on 3-5 March 2015 at the London ExCeL. To visit please register here.
At Ecobuild 2014, Ancon launched its new low thermal conductivity restraint fixing, the Teplo-L-Tie, which features an L-Shaped upstand for connecting to steel, concrete or timber frames. This new tie was displayed alongside the original basalt fibre TeploTie cavity wall tie and our stainless steel wire ties, thermally insulated balcony connectors, thermal breaks for masonry support as well as stainless steel bed joint reinforcement and windposts.
Teplo-BFR is an innovative basalt-fibre wall tie that features a plain end for resin anchoring into an existing structure and a moulded safety end for building into a new bed joint.
Nexus, the next generation of brick-faced support systems developed through a collaboration between Ibstock Kevington and Ancon, is the first of its kind to achieve British Board of Agrément (BBA) certification for both soffits and lintels.
